XC MEDIA PROPOSAL
Project Overview
Unity in Community
A cinematic, multi-platform storytelling campaign for the National Exchange Club of Las Vegas and its community partners, designed to elevate community voices, expand public awareness, and highlight the power of collective impact.
This six-week media project is designed to tell the story of the National Exchange Club of Las Vegas through five featured voices representing different organizations and areas of community impact. Using a streamlined production structure, each shoot will capture scripted campaign content, interview material, live event coverage when available, and cinematic B-roll in a way that supports multiple pieces simultaneously.
The project will produce a short signature Exchange Club promotional video, five individual partner profile videos of approximately 3–5 minutes each, a 15–20 minute documentary centered on the National Exchange Club of Las Vegas, and a 15–20 minute proof-of-concept documentary centered on HoldFast NV and The Las Vegas Justice Court Community Court Program. It also establishes a repeatable framework for future nonprofit storytelling, partner visibility, and Pathway 2 Help profile content across Las Vegas and beyond.

Structure, Storylines, and Style
Production Structure
Each weekly featured participant will be filmed on location through a unified production framework that blends scripted campaign messaging, interview-driven storytelling, live event moments when available, and cinematic B-roll. By building each shoot around the same creative structure, the project is able to produce multiple pieces from a single production day while maintaining a strong visual rhythm and narrative continuity across the campaign.
Interwoven Storylines
The project is shaped by several interconnected storylines: the mission and presence of the National Exchange Club of Las Vegas, the distinct work of each featured organization, and the larger narrative of collective impact that emerges through partnership. Each 3–5 minute partner profile will highlight the identity and contribution of the individual organization, while also reinforcing the broader role of the National Exchange Club as a unifying force that brings these efforts together for greater community impact.
Cinematic Documentary Style
The visual approach is intended to feel cinematic, intimate, and emotionally grounded — weaving together interviews, captured speech, live event moments, and immersive B-roll to create media that is both visually rich and deeply connected to the real people and causes at the heart of the project.
